How To Curve Text On Silhouette. Use your mouse to draw out a circle in the work area. One feature is called text to path, which lets you curve text you’ve typed by dragging it to any shape or line to follow its contours.

Depending on the shape you may have to try a couple of times to. The next step is to type the text you are wishing to curve. To create a curve to your text, first open your silhouette design studio.
You Choose This From The Left Hand Side Bar, Where You See The Shapes.
Simply add your text as you normally would! The first step to draw your path, it could be a square, circle, squiggly line, or open a design and then type your text. Double click on the text.
Use The Draw An Ellipse Tool To Draw A Circle Or Oval To Match The Curve You Want.
The next step is to type the text you are wishing to curve. Since halloween is coming up, i’ll go with something festive! To add text to your design in silhouette studio, first click on the text tool option located on the left menu bar (it’s the capital a with a bracket next to it).
Type Out Your Text Using The Text Tool On The Left Side Panel.
First, create a circle using the elipsis tool, then using the text tool type out your specified text. In silhouette studio you can curve text to a path or shape. To create a curve to your text, first open your silhouette design studio.
Make Sure You’re In Text Editing Mode.
Silhouette studio has a really cool feature called text to path that i’m going to use to curve my type. Is your text inside of the shape? Once you’ve done that, you’ll notice that the text style window opens up on the right side of your screen.
Sometimes This Process Is Easier Than Others.
It will “snap” to the shape. Just as before, type the text you’d like to use, select the font and size and drag it to the curve. From here, choose “text” and type out the text you are working with.
